This is a two page form. Applicants for Professional Membership must complete both pages and return them, with fees and an original copy of transcripts, to the ATRA Office.
Applicants for Student Membership must complete page one and return it, with fees and a copy of your student identification card, to the ATRA office.
The Membership Review Committee must approve all Professional Memberships. The committee generally meets during the last week of each month to review all applications received that month. If membership has been approved, it will generally be processed within two weeks of the committee meeting. If there are any issues with the membership, the Membership Review Committee will contact the applicant for further information.
